Council of Founding States of IFAS

The Council of Heads of State Founders of IFAS serves as the Fund’s highest decision-making body. Council meetings are held based on mutual agreement among the Heads of State.

The management of IFAS is carried out by the Executive Committee, composed of Deputy Prime Ministers of the founding States. The Executive Committee convenes at least twice a year. Member States may propose the organization of additional sessions as needed.
